A special water-based paint containing anticorrosive pigments, developed for dip coating applications on metal wires, rods, pipes, and profiles. It is based on water-based acrylic-alkyd technology and provides very good corrosion resistance with low VOC content.
It is non-flammable and non-combustible and does not contain harmful solvents or toxic substances. Before drying, it can be easily cleaned with water and detergent. Its low VOC content helps keep emissions during application to a minimum.
Its VOC content is below 30 g/L and remains well below the VOC limit specified under EU DIRECTIVE 2004/42/CE.

Thinning: Dilute with 30–50% water. Hard well water is not recommended.
Application Methods: Dip coating, spray application (airless spray), brush, and roller.
Application Conditions: The ambient temperature should be at least 10°C and humidity should not be high. Recommended application thickness is 25–60 µm.
Drying Time:
Oven curing: 5–10 minutes at 50–80°C
Dust dry: 10–20 minutes
Touch dry: 20–30 minutes
Corrosion and chemical resistance: After 7–10 days at room temperature
Surface Preparation: The surface must be free from all dust, dirt, and oil.
Cleaning: Clean with water before the paint dries. Once dried, it can be cleaned with thinner.
Packaging: 40 kg plastic containers with ring lids; other packaging options are available upon request.
Store in the original packaging, tightly closed, in a dry place. Protect from direct sunlight.
The storage temperature should be maintained between 5–25°C.
Under these conditions, the shelf life is 12 months.
